Kyunam Cho

Exercise Physiologist
As a former Marine and having played multiple sports, I inevitably experienced a number of injuries throughout my athletic career. This sporting background led me to develop a strong interest in sports science, which prompted me to major in Sports Science in South Korea. Over time, as I personally experienced multiple musculoskeletal injuries, my interests shifted toward injury prevention and rehabilitation.

After completing my first degree, I decided to move to Australia to further my studies in Clinical Exercise Physiology, with the goal of working with clinical populations.

I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade, with experience as a personal trainer, exercise therapist, remedial massage therapist, and strength and conditioning coach. I am now excited to step into my role as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.

I have a strong interest in a wide range of clinical areas, including musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, neurological, metabolic conditions, and cancer. Looking ahead, I plan to further broaden my clinical knowledge by pursuing medical studies in the future, while continuing to deliver positive health outcomes for my clients as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist.
