Keeley Hughes
Exercise Physiologist
I completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Murdoch University.
Being an avid sports player, experiencing injuries firsthand and having a close relative with cerebral palsy sparked my interest in exercise rehabilitation. These experiences have shown me the impact that tailored, evidence-based exercise can have on physical function, mental health and daily living.
I enjoy working with individuals of all abilities to help them regain independence, build confidence and improve their quality of life, while supporting them in achieving their personal goals. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, where targeted exercise can lead to long-term functional improvements.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me by the ocean; swimming, snorkelling, jet skiing or skurfing. If not there, I’m playing soccer or spending time with family and friends.
