I am an accredited exercise physiologist with 5 years of post graduate experience in almost all aspects of rehabilitation, ranging from musculoskeletal to neurological rehabilitation. I graduated my bachelor degree in 2019 after navigating my own injury rehabilitation. I have a passion for strength training, Olympic weightlifting and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
