I hold a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Murdoch University. Although this wasn’t my original academic path, my interest in how the body functions during exercise led me to the field of Exercise Physiology. As I gained more knowledge and saw the potential to positively impact people’s lives, my passion for the profession deepened. In my free time, I enjoy reading, sewing, and practicing parkour. I’m also an avid swimming enthusiast, as the sport plays a significant role in my life.
