I became an Accredited Exercise Physiologist as I am passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves and creating a healthy lifestyle routine to benefit their health long term. During my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science degree, I suffered a career ending sports injury which led me to completing a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Notre Dame. More recently the emerging research in Cancer Rehabilitation fascinated me and I further completed a Masters of Exercise Medicine (Oncology).
In my spare time you can find me coaching hockey or outside in my garden.
