Cameron Mathews

Exercise Physiologist

After completing my undergraduate Sport Science degree, I found my passion for Exercise Physiology due to the transformative impact of exercise on my own health and wellbeing. I continued my studies completing my Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Murdoch University. I feel exercise is one of, if not, the most important aspect to maximising our health and wellness for life.
I love to work with clients with an array of conditions but have developed a keen interest in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and the area of mental health. There is no more rewarding feeling than seeing the rapid improvements in a client’s health, and when they come to realise how much they are still able to achieve with the help of exercise.
In my time away from work you’ll find me in the gym, playing golf and tennis at my local club, or enjoying a hard earnt coffee. I am an avid sports fan and always keen to chat about current sporting events between sets.
